The Falling Devil tries to reason with Denji, promising not to harm any more humans except for Asa, and suggesting they stop fighting. Denji, however, is motivated even further to fight when he hears the Falling Devil’s words, as she had mentioned his “ex-potential girlfriend.”

Denji sternly warns her to keep her hands off his loved ones. The Falling Devil, undeterred, orders Denji to “fall,” triggering a traumatic flashback of Aki’s and Power’s deaths, leaving Denji in anguish and turmoil as he relives the painful memories.

Denji, in his desperate attempt to evade the Falling Devil, throws himself off the edge, free-falling through the sky. The Falling Devil, undeterred, readies herself to chase after Asa once again. However, Denji surprises her by launching a fierce attack, tearing her in half. Denji reveals that he had deliberately severed his own brain, rendering himself temporarily immune to mental attacks. He then envisions the Falling Devil as a French corndog and starts devouring her. Astonishingly, the Falling Devil allows Denji to partially consume her, only to regenerate herself from within him, tearing him in half in the process. Denji’s regeneration powers are pushed to their limits, and he finally runs out of blood, unable to heal any further.

As the Falling Devil resumes her pursuit of Asa, a mysterious figure appears by Denji’s side. This unknown person cuts open their palm and uses their own blood to heal Denji. Meanwhile, Asa is horrified to see the Falling Devil closing in on her. The situation seems dire, with Denji incapacitated and Asa in imminent danger. What will happen next? The suspense thickens as the story unfolds.
