In the latest chapter of Boruto, the intense chase continues as Boruto remains on the run. Despite possessing half of Hagoromo Otsutsuki’s chakra, Sasuke has suffered significant damage. Yet, his sharp intellect allows him to notice discrepancies in his memories and the current situation. He realizes that he can sense the presence of Momoshiki within Boruto, contradicting his recollection of Momoshiki being trapped within Kawaki. Moreover, witnessing his daughter’s unwavering support for Boruto prompts Sasuke to make a pivotal decision.
Seizing the moment, Sasuke swoops in and rescues Boruto, sharing with him their history alongside Kawaki and their victorious battle against Momoshiki. Eida, noticing this turn of events, decides to pursue Sasuke and Boruto. Meanwhile, Momoshiki demands control over Boruto’s body, but Boruto remains resolute and begins his training in preparation to confront Kawaki.
The chapter concludes with Boruto and Sasuke departing from the village, embarking on a journey to train and ultimately free Naruto and Hinata from their current predicament.
