Joshua “Dardoch” Hartnett, a seasoned North American League of Legends player, has changed positions for the upcoming 2023 Summer Split after almost ten years as the team’s starting jungler. The organization revealed last night that the 25-year-old would move down to the bottom lane to take over as Mirage Alliance’s starting support.

Mirage Alliance is an amateur League team that recently took part in the 2023 NACL Spring Qualifiers. If you need more information about A former member of the LCS joining a NA amateur team as a supporter, then read carefully, and don’t forget to share with your friends.

A former member of the LCS joins a NA amateur team as a supporter:

Along with former Immortals top laner Kieran “Allorim” Logue and former TSM and Team, Dignitas AD carry Toan “Neo” Trn, he will be joining a roster that is already filled with talented former LCS players. Dardoch has always been one of the biggest “what-if” scenarios in League, particularly after displaying incredible promise during his rookie season with Team Liquid in 2016.

One of the best up-and-coming stars in the area, the gifted prospect bounced around nine different teams in the LCS after his rookie season, including Immortals, CLG, Echo Fox, TSM, and Team Dignitas.

Dardoch’s critical attitude towards teammates, especially when they were losing, was one of the biggest problems that teams frequently encountered when working with him. This was shown in Liquid’s own Breaking Point documentary, where he was heard criticizing his staff members as well as his teammates and head coach.

Since leaving the Immortals Academy roster in 2022, Dardoch has moved around the amateur scene. After signing with a U.K.-based agency, he was even rumored to join a European team. But this will be his first attempt at playing the support position. He should be a great choice to help lead the team because he has a tonne of experience from his years as a top jungler.

With three former LCS players on the roster, Mirage Alliance may have one of the stronger rosters in the amateur scene. But if they want to make the arduous climb up to the Challengers League, where they can attract more attention from top organizations in the future, they will need to develop chemistry.
