The final two rounds of the eight-stop series of the UCI BMX Racing World Cup 2022 will be held at the Parque El Salitre track in Bogota, Colombia. This track was also staged as the competition’s venue for rounds 5 and 6, which took place on September 24 and 25. Laura Smulders of the Netherlands who is the four-time winner and the 2017 series champion from France, Sylvain Andre presently lead the women’s and men’s elite World Cup standings. With 1000 points on the line, the final two rounds will determine the winner of the series. Riders in Bogota will also compete for points for their NOCs in the UCI BMX Racing Olympic ranking ahead of the Paris Olympics 2024.
The LIVE Streaming of the 7th and 8th rounds of the UCI BMX Racing World Cup 2022 Bogota will be telecast on the official website and YouTube channel of the Olympics. It will be available from the quarter-finals of the competition from 3pm local time (8 pm UTC).
