Cricket player Ronak Patel was born in Uganda on August 18, 1988. In the July 2018 ICC World Twenty20 Africa Qualifier, he was a member of Uganda’s team in the Eastern subregion group. He was included in Uganda’s squad for the Division Three ICC World Cricket League in Oman in October 2018. On November 9, 2018, he participated in Uganda’s tournament opener against Denmark.
He was one of the twenty-five players selected for Uganda’s training squad in July 2019, just in time for the Cricket World Cup Challenge League matches in Oman. He was included in Uganda’s team for the Challenge League B cricket World Cup in Oman in November 2019. On December 2, 2019, he played against Jersey in his List A debut. He was included in the Uganda Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for their series against Namibia in April 2021.
He played against Namibia on April 3, 2021, on his T20 debut. Ronak Patel was included in Uganda’s squad for the 2022 Uganda Cricket World Cup Challenge League B competition in May 2022, as well as for the November 2021 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier tournament in Rwanda. He was one of the twenty-five players included in the Ugandan training squad announced in July 2019, prior to the Cricket World Cup Challenge League matches in Oman. He was included in Uganda’s team for the Challenge League B cricket World Cup in Oman in November 2019. On December 2, 2019, he played his first List A match for Uganda against Jersey.
