Axar Patel was born on 20 January 1994. He is an Indian international cricketer who plays for the Indian cricket team across formats as a bowling All-rounder. He also plays for Gujarat in domestic cricket and for the Delhi Capitals in the cash-rich Indian Premier League as well. He bats left-handed and bowls slow left-arm orthodox as well.
He made his debut in ODI on 15th June 2014 against Bangladesh where he was selected in India’s 15-man squad for the 2015 Cricket World Cup held in Australia and New Zealand as well.
