India will tour Ireland for a two-match T20I series, starting from June 26 in Dublin. Both the matches will be played at The Village, Dublin, with the concluding game scheduled for June 28. Hardik Pandya, who led debutant IPL franchise Gujarat Titans, to their maiden IPL triumph will lead the visitors while Andrew Balbirnie will be incharge of the hosts.

The Chetan Sharma-led selection committee picked a 17-member squad for the Ireland tour which includes the likes of prolific batter Sanju Samson and Rahul Tripathi. The duo who made it to the Indian side after their fine showing in the IPL 2022 will come in place of Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer who will be in sync with the national squad for the England tour.

Ireland, meanwhile, have included the uncapped duo of Stephen Doheny and Conor Olphert in their 14-man squad. The duo have received a call-up for the national team after some impressive showing in club cricket while allrounders Simi Singh and Shane Getkate have been left out from the squad that played in the T20 World Cup Qualifier earlier this year.
