The semi-finals and finals have a reserve day, and if the match cannot be completed on the first day, it will be resumed on the second day. If the game is called off on the second day, the team that finished first in the Group stage will advance. Because India topped Group 2 and New Zealand topped Group 1, if both of their semifinal matches are rained out, India and New Zealand will meet in the final. The final includes a reserve day as well, however, if the final is again rained out, the teams will share the trophy.
