The Clasico against fierce rivals Real Madrid was the next game, and it presented both a fantastic opportunity to rebound with intensity and risk that may compound Barcelona’s woes. In the end, Barcelona prevailed 75–73 despite a terrible fourth quarter in which Real Madrid could close the difference from 11 to just two points.
