Malaysia vs England will face off in the men’s wheelchair basketball 3×3 category at the Commonwealth Games on July 30. Birmingham will host a significant sporting event that will draw a huge audience from July 28 to August 8. Teams can play in many different sports! You may take advantage of Commonwealth’s group booking offer whether you are a student, a volunteer group, or a member of a sports team.

This curriculum is presented for a limited length of time in nine different sports: athletics and para-athletics, badminton, beach volleyball, boxing, cricket 20-over, hockey, netball, rugby sevens, and table tennis and para-table tennis. Basketball fans should be happy to discover that the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in 2022 will employ the 33 format! The smaller game has a 12-second shot clock, a half-floor, and one basket. We expect five days of exhilarating competition at Smithfield.

When you aren’t watching sports, look at the calendar of the cultural arts festivals that are occurring on each side of the athletic activities. The quarterfinals and semifinals will be contested on Sunday, July 30, following the conclusion of the group matches. On Tuesday, August 2, the afternoon session will include the classification and bronze medal matches, while the evening session will feature the gold medal matches.
