Keith Langford, Nikos Pappas, Giannis Kouzeloglou, Andy Rautins, Quino Colom, Braian Angola, Eric Griffin, and Michalis Karlis are no longer part of AEK as they were in 2021–2022. So they had to start from scratch while creating their roster. Tim Frazier will be in charge of the backcourt. The point guard, who is 31 years old, has played in about 300 NBA games. He has had several double-doubles in points and assists and one triple-double while serving as a reserve for the New Orleans Pelicans in 2016. Frazier is starting his first trip to Europe. He last competed for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Orlando Magic in 2021–2022, both on 10-day contracts. This offseason, AEK’s first new hire was Kenny Williams. The 25-year-old shooting guard, who averaged 12.7 points per game while playing for Kolossos Rodou last season under coach Kantzouris, won’t have any trouble settling in with the new group.
