The I International Basketball Tournament – Hoops on the Beach ended in Cartagena with three international clubs from Mexico, the United States, and Costa Rica, as well as delegations from other countries. The locals made faces as Cartagena retained their titles in his three categories and the Bolivar team became champions of the U18 tournament.
