Italy did not give up the lead in the second quarter as they scored 43 to Georgia’s 38. Georgia staged a great comeback in the third quarter and levelled the scores at 66-66. They however could not keep up the momentum and only scored 18 points to Italy’s 25 in the fourth quarter and that meant Italy won the game 91-84.
