Australia vs Scotland The Commonwealth Games, Basketball 3×3 Women’s game will be held on July 29. From 28 July – 8 August, Birmingham will be hosting a large sporting event that will have many spectators. There are a lot of different sports that groups can enjoy together! If you are part of a school, sports club, or community group, you can access our group bookings program. This program is available for selected sessions across nine different sports: Athletics and Para Athletics, Badminton, Beach Volleyball, Boxing, Cricket T20, Hockey, Netball, Rugby Sevens, and Table Tennis and Para Table Tennis.
Basketball fans rejoice- the 3×3 version of the sport will be played at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games! This more compact game is played on a halved court with one hoop and a 12-second shot clock. We’re expecting five days of exciting competition at Smithfield.
