WWE is a family-owned company. Now, one of WWE’s most well-known individuals will be attending to their affairs and taking a vacation from their second life. Stephanie McMahon, Vince McMahon’s daughter, has stated that she would be taking a leave of absence from the majority of her duties at WWE. Stephanie announced on Twitter that she would be spending more time with her family. Stephanie was the Chief Brand Officer of the WWE prior to her exit.

Stephanie McMahon will be back

Many within WWE were informed of the news via her post, according to PW Insider. There is no date for her comeback, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, but she will return. Her husband, Triple H, has returned to WWE full-time. This comes after a health issue forced him to retire from ring competition. Along with her other obligations, Stephanie was looking after Triple H at the moment. As Triple H had an operation recently.

Major changes in WWE

Stephanie’s exit signals a huge shift in the WWE. Despite returning to WWE not long ago, Shane McMahon was just let go. Linda McMahon has a political background. According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, WWE President and Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan has taken on most of Stephanie’s responsibilities. After years at CAA, Khan joined WWE in 2020 and has been a key player in the company’s transformation, including the new Peacock streaming agreement and talent acquisition. Khan has even claimed to receiving phone calls from companies interested in purchasing WWE. However, he has maintained that WWE is not searching for a new buyer at this time.

With McMahon gone permanently, Khan’s role and influence in the firm might grow. Stephanie did not join WWE until the 1990s. She was both an Account Executive and a performer.
