As the owner of the WWE Championship, Roman Reigns has accomplished another accomplishment. At WrestleMania 38, The Tribal Chief won a “Winner Takes All” title unification match against Brock Lesnar to win the title of Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. Reigns have held the WWE Championship title for six months as of Monday, according to the Twitter account @WrestleOps.

It’s just one of the numerous outstanding achievements that Reigns has made in our country in 2022. Two years have passed since the start of his current Universal Championship reign on August 30. Reigns’ legendary run of not being pinned recently topped 1,000 days a couple of weeks ago. On December 15, 2019, King Corbin defeated him in a pinfall match during the pay-per-view event TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs.

In just two days, Reigns will have held the WWE Championship for 185 days. The 184-day reign of Brock Lesnar, now the third-longest in the early 2020s decade, will be surpassed by that period. With 202 days, Drew McIntyre now holds the record for the decade’s longest WWE Championship reign. Bobby Lashley’s first reign is the second-longest at 195 days.

At Clash at the Castle 2022, Reigns barely defeated Drew McIntyre to keep the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Prior to that, The Tribal Chief put an end to their long-running feud by defeating Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2022 in a Last Man Standing match. During his stint as champion, Reigns has also defeated several other top performers and legends, including John Cena, Goldberg, and Edge, two members of the WWE Hall of Fame, Daniel Bryan, and Kevin Owens.

Drew McIntyre predicts Roman Reigns’ next title defense

Roman Reigns vs Logan Paul at WWE Crown Jewel 2022 is what Drew McIntyre predicts will happen. At WrestleMania 38, Logan Paul made his WWE ring debut, winning the match with The Miz against Rey and Dominik Mysterio. The Undisputed WWE Universal championship match between Paul and Roman Reigns is scheduled for November 5 in Saudi Arabia. Logan Paul’s first championship fight and third contest in the organization will take place in this one. Drew McIntyre, one of Reigns’ competitors, has his sights set on the important contest. In a recent interview with My SA, The Scottish Warrior projected that Reigns will defeat Logan Paul at the Premium Live Event.

“Logan Paul has done a great job, but I don’t know about fighting for the titles. I think the titles should be reserved for people who worked up the card and put the time in. It will be a spectacle and Roman will smash him and people will talk about it. That is what it is all about, I guess,” said Drew. [H/T My SA]
