Sami Zayn shocked the entire world when he turned on Roman Reigns and The Bloodline. He was having a very good thing going on which all the fans were enjoying and made for great must see television every week. So when it came to an end, it left all the fans disappointed.

Zayn was having a very bad time before he joined The Bloodline. He was on a losing streak and even lost to actor Johnny Knoxville at WrestleMania 38. In an interview with ESPN, Sami revealed his decision to join The Bloodline. He said, “My stuff with Knoxville had to happen to kind of be the linchpin, the launching pad for the whole thing.”

He wanted to get the respect that he thought he deserved and that according to him is one of the main reasons why he joined Roman Reigns and the gang. “My whole thing was like, man, I’ve been humiliated, and I need to recover. I need respect, and this is how I get respect. So that’s the logical direction, to go to The Bloodline,” revealed Sami.

Zayn will team up with his best friend Kevin Owens to take on The Usos for the unified tag team titles at WrestleMania 39.

Sami Zayn Honorary Hab: How did the WWE star get that name?

Sami Zayn is on a roll over the last 12 months and it’s not a surprise to see why. Zayn has taken his character to a different level and has connected with the fans in a way that was only achieved by Daniel Bryan at the height of the YES movement in 2014.

His rise to the top has not been his doing only as he has been ably supported by none other than the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns. When Sami Zayn joined The Bloodline initially, he was not welcome and it felt forced until the time Roman gave him an Honorary Uce t-shirt. That blew up and people started to refer to him as Sami Uso after that.

It went so viral that Sami Zayn was also honored at a Montreal Canadiens game. Zayn, being a Canadian, is a huge fan of hockey and is a massive supporter of the NHL team Montreal Canadiens. He was given a shirt with the term Honorary Hab and since then was named Sami Zayn Honorary Hab. Zayn wore that to arena’s all over the US and even wore it to the Elimination Chamber where he almost defeated Roman Reigns. The reaction to Sami was organic and did not feel forced and that is a rare thing is today’s wrestling world.
