From a list that was leaked this week by PWInsider, the top ten babyfaces, and heels for the WWE and AEW have been identified. As of this writing, tag teams are not listed, but we will keep you informed. According to a list created internally by WWE, these are the top babyfaces and heels in WWE and AEW. Brock Lesnar is the greatest omission in this. Lesnar is not mentioned on any depth chart, but there is a separate list of performers who are better than the heels and babyfaces listed there, and Lesnar is on that list.

Some people might find it surprising that Bobby Lashley is the leading villain, but this is consistent with a previous rumor that claimed WWE intended to make Lashley a heel. It’s also interesting to observe that Damage CTRL was at the top of the list for red-brand female heels, whereas The Judgment Day is completely absent from this list. There is no mention of Finn Balor, Damian Priest, or Dominik Mysterio, however, Rhea Ripley of The Judgment Day made the roster of female wrestlers. Here’s take a look into the list of babyfaces and heels in the history of WWE and AEW.

1) Bianca Belair

The introduction of the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship has made it difficult for new challengers to gain momentum and rise to the top of the company. As a result, many of the company’s leading stars struggle to consistently stay in the mid-card. But Bianca Belair stood out as Raw’s top babyface her champion. Her EST in WWE has been doing great since the elimination chamber. Her year-long feud with Becky Lynch led to an incredible match at WrestleMania 38 and a huge success at SummerSlam. In recent months, the run-in with Damage CTRL has been a highlight for WWE’s flagship brand. This significant stretch has cemented Belair as the perfect role model and competitor to beat for his 2023 season.

2) Jon Moxley

Jon Moxley is a strong contender for Wrestler of the Year. His first three-time AEW World Champion has consistently delivered when the company needed him. In 2022 he was the flag bearer for AEW and he couldn’t have been better than Mox. In June, he headlined “Forbidden Door” with Hiroshi Tanahashi. He later gave up a well-deserved vacation to lead the dressing room through the tumultuous post-All Out era. The 37-year-old also provided some top-notch matches and attractive promotions. He shocked the world and gave CM Punk his most devastating loss since his AEW debut. Mox is no ordinary good man. That’s what makes him so interesting. He has a unique swagger and the ability to convincingly blur the line between heel and babyface.

3) Pac

AEW won gold in Pac in 2019. The bastard broke down in his first year with the company. Unfortunately, England’s high-flyer appearances were sporadic during his next two years for a variety of reasons, and he fell out of the cover picture. Thankfully, Puck finally seems to be back on the positive path. The 36-year-old turned in a great performance at his door in the Forbidden and became the inaugural All-Atlantic champion. He then successfully defended his mantle around the world before he and the Lucha Brothers secured the vacant trio titles on the September 7 episode of Dynamite. The two-time champion Puck turned back and delivered the best performance of his life. On October 7, he defended both titles in back-to-back matches. Yet his longtime feud with Orange Cassidy finally came to a head when the dominant star was defeated and won his first singles gold medal at AEW. Death Triangle tied with the Elite in the Best of Seven series after an upset victory over a team returning in full gear. Puck’s influence on Ray Phoenix and Penta El Zero Miedo was an interesting development that could bring even more in 2023.

4) Maxwell Jacob Friedman

There’s some tough competition out there, but Maxwell Jacob Friedman might be the best heel in professional wrestling. Many hardcore fans want to cheer in high heels, so creating genuine animosity like MJF. is difficult. Nonetheless, Burberry’s scarf-wearing devil continues to be creative, questioning everything we think we know. As a successful wrestler, it was a godsend in 2022. His promotional and character work has improved significantly, showing off both in his critically acclaimed feud with CM Punk. Salt of the Earth also contributed to Wardraw’s rise in popularity before Double or Nothing. On the next episode of Dynamite, he erupted in a biting tirade before taking a short break, leaving fans wondering what happened next. It’s a testament to how good he is. His segments with William Regal were great. As with his interactions with Punk, they were full of clever references and excellent callbacks to knowledgeable fans.

5) Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns has a tight schedule this year, but he’s still one of the brightest stars in the industry. Tribal his chief helms his WWE as the reigning champion of the modern era. His historic reign, unparalleled star power, and formidable stability dominate his SmackDown. Due to his popularity, it can be difficult to call the Samoan star a true heel. Although he is often admired, his striking looks and self-important motives make him a definite villain. Yes, he can be charming, but he’s also a ruthless narcissist who will do anything to defend his position. His leadership in the league has participated in critically acclaimed matches against Lesnar on his block and Logan on his pole. Nonetheless, his compelling character work with Bloodline and Sami Zayn is currently the hottest act in professional wrestling.

6) Bruno Sammartino

Bruno Sammartino’s path to becoming a professional wrestler wasn’t so easy as he had to overcome personal struggles to break into weightlifting and amateur wrestling. When Vincent J. McMahon set his sights on his Sammartino, he knew he would contribute greatly to his WWWF at the time. Sammartino’s legendary 2,803-day winning streak as WWE Champion holds the record for the longest single title reign in the company’s history. Sammartino advanced his career without relying on his flamboyant moves or microphone skills, as he displayed a heroic personality that helped increase the popularity of the company in various territories.

7) Kofi Kingston

Former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston is a perfect addition to this list of healthy babyfaces. Kingston has been a babyface for most of his career, aside from his short heel run at New York. During his early days in WWE, he displayed a never-ending attitude and extreme aggressiveness, winning numerous mid-card and tag team championships, including with his heel strike on The New Day. Even ended prematurely, Kingston, along with Big E and Xavier Woods, spread the power of positivity within WWE. His perseverance and perseverance got him rewarded at WrestleMania 35, where he defeated Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship, culminating in funny story fans called his KofiMania.

8) Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan was one of the few wrestlers in the industry to overcome his initial setbacks and gain a legion of followings. Bryan made his televised WWE debut as part of his first season of NXT and entered the main roster as part of the infamous Nexus faction. He has updated himself over the years. Despite the heel character he played during yes his movement the phase of his career catapulted him to superstardom and made him super his babyface in WWE. Fans rallied behind him as Bryan marched into his finest moment at WrestleMania 30, and the crowd erupted in chants when he won his WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the event.

9) John Cena

As previously mentioned, not everyone can play a babyface character. Even more so when fans can attack him at any time. But 16-time WWE Champion John Cena has been doing it for over 20 years, and despite fierce fan backlash throughout his career, Cena has shown no signs of a potential change in personality. , was able to hold on to his babyface character patiently. He never gave up, taught his fans the importance of overcoming hatred, and his work as a heroic wrestler expanded beyond the ring with his contributions to the Wish Foundation. By staying true to his character, he has carved his wrestling legacy into arguably the greatest babyface in WWE history.

10) Trish Stratus

During her Hall of Fame career, Trish Stratus has proven time and time again that she can be as mean as she is beautiful. As manager of tag team T&A (Test and Albert), Trish will do anything to give his men an advantage. In her memorable angle with The Dudley Boyz, she shot a few vignettes wearing lace lingerie and stroking a table as she attempted to play her game of mind with Bubba Ray Dudley. When T&A broke up in her late 2000s, they set their sights on the biggest fish in her WWE sea. She began a heated relationship with Vince McMahon, during which they made up in front of Vince’s catatonic wife Linda, earning Stephanie McMahon’s disdain.

A feud broke out between the two powerful women, culminating in an outstanding match at the February 2001 pay-per-view event No Way Out. After being dumped and humiliated by the McMahons in a memorable episode of Raw, she hatched a plan that included slapping her Vince during a street fight at her WrestleMania X-7. rice field. From April 1, 2001, until March 14, 2004, she was wrestling’s most popular diva.
