WWE superstar and Bloodline member, Sami Zayn has been on a roll of late and it feels like it’s long overdue. Zayn has been in the shadows for quite some time now and now that he is finally getting the recognition he deserves, the WWE fans are loving it.

His interactions backstage and in the ring with The Usos and Roman Reigns are gold and their chemistry is off the charts. He has evolved a lot from the time he made his main roster debut until now and in an interview with Metro, Sami said that there is one thing he does not want from his past and that is his theme song.

Sami would come out to the song named “Worlds Apart” and it was so catchy that the fans used to sing along. But Zayn said that it does not suit him anymore. “Honestly, I wanted to change that song for a while. I thought I had it for too long, two years too long, maybe three years too long. Once I became a bad guy I felt it should have switched right away.

Vince McMahon had a bit of a different mindset about it, which I see as his point. It reached a point where it didn’t match the character anymore. Especially when I was doing the conspiracy stuff.”

Zayn doesn’t like his new music either

The Honorary Uce also revealed that while he loves what he is doing now, he does not like his new theme song either.

Sami Zayn continued, “I’d be partial to something that can engage the audience, that has that kind of football stadium thing that everyone can get involved in. Something I can really dance to or commit to with my entrance. I think that’s an important quality too. My big problem with Worlds Apart was it actually very hard to dance to. It was hard to really, really sink my teeth into. I need something I can dance to, that’s very important.”
