Many people regard Ric Flair as the greatest professional wrestler of all time. The Nature Boy is a 16-time World Heavyweight Champion and a two-time WWE Hall of Famer. WrestleMania 24 – Ric Flair vs Shawn Michaels

Ric Flair competed in his final in-ring bout as an active WWE Superstar before retiring at WrestleMania XXIV. Ric Flair returned to Monday Night RAW in November 2007 after a brief sabbatical from television to address speculations about his future as an in-ring performer. Mr. McMahon, on the other hand, disagreed, issuing an injunction that if Ric Flair lost his next singles battle, he would be forced to retire, making his iconic WrestleMania 24 fight against Shawn Michaels his farewell match. The supporters knew what was going to happen but didn’t want it to happen, thus it was an emotional contest. However, Michaels’ last Sweet Chin Music, which included the lyrics “I’m sorry, I love you,” is now considered one of the most significant moments in WWE history.
