On the way to WrestleMania 39, Rhea Ripley is expected to make an appearance on tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown. With her victory in the Women’s Royal Rumble match last month, The Eradicator punched her way to WrestleMania. She started the contest ranked first and persevered to win a title match at the greatest event of the year.
Rhea declared that she would face Charlotte Flair, the SmackDown Women’s Champion, at the Premium Live Event. It will be a rematch of the NXT Women’s Championship match from WrestleMania 36, in which The Queen defeated Ripley. So I don’t see why she shouldn’t be able to become a 15 or 16-time [champion],” expressed Dominik Mysterio.

“I hope not. Because if they do, we’ve seen Mami (Rhea Ripley) step up to Solo (Sikoa), body slam Luke Gallows, beat Tozawa. So, I can’t even imagine what she would do to my little sister and my mom. I’m all game for it. If they get in my face, Mami has the right to do what she has got to do.” Dominik allegedly has a fantasy bout against his father at WWE WrestleMania 39. When his son appears on SmackDown, Rey Mysterio might decide that now is the night to face him.
Right now, Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley is the matchup of choice. After men headlined both nights of last year’s events, there is a push for a women’s match to be the main event for sponsors and political reasons. Flair vs. Ripley has the edge over Bianca Belair vs. Asuka, in our opinion. Charlotte will be the main event of a Wrestlemania for the second time if she wins the match. There is still plenty of time before Wrestlemania 39, and WWE is anticipated to make the main event announcements shortly.
