The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) universe is about to have a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H has devised a massive strategy to bring back the historic World Heavyweight Championship. “A new World Heavyweight Champion will be crowned” during the Night of Champions, according to WWE. The premium live pay-per-view event is set for May 27 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The surprising piece of information was disclosed on Tuesday by WWE’s official Twitter handle. “Who will be the NEW World Heavyweight Champion on May 27 at WWE Night of Champions,” WWE tweeted.

Previously, Triple H stated that Roman Reigns will continue to be the undisputed WWE Universal Champion. The Tribal Chief will deliver the championship to his chosen brand following the conclusion of the WWE Draught. The news was delivered by Triple H ahead of this week’s Monday Night RAW. During the most recent episode of RAW, the former professional wrestler introduced the new World Heavyweight Championship belt.

Roman Reigns, on the other hand, is on the verge of accomplishing something extraordinary. Reigns will be the worldwide champion for the next 1000 days. In August 2020, Reigns began his second reign as Universal Champion.

WWE had already proposed a new moniker for the event, King & Queen of the Ring, for the following month. The return of the King and Queen of the Ring was expected for the first time since October 2021. However, the relocation did not happen, and WWE chose to resurrect the Night of Champions. From 2008 through 2015, WWE held an annual pay-per-view event called the Night of Champions.

Why does Triple H spit water during his entrances?

Triple H is one of the greatest wrestlers in the history of the WWE and has gone on to have countless matches with absolute legends of the game. From wrestling The Rock to fighting The Undertaker at two back-to-back WrestleMania’s, The Game has done it all.

He also had a very unique entrance where he came out to the iconic song “The Game” by Motorhead and spit water on the crowd. Now there is a reason why he started doing that. Back in 1995, when Triple H made his debut in the company, the fans were not interested in him and wrote him off saying that he will never win the main title.

But after four years, HHH beat Mankind to win the WWE title and silenced all his doubters. As an act of defiance and wanting to get back at the same people that did not believe in him, Triple H started spitting water on them. To his surprise, it drew a positive reaction from the WWE Universe and because of that, he decided to continue doing it and it was one of the main attractions of his entrance.
