It’s been several months since departing from WWE for Mandy Rose as the company let her go this past December because of the adult content she was posting on her FanTime page.

Mandy Rose has been out of WWE for many months after the business let her go in December due to the pornographic content she was posting on her FanTime website.

Rose was freed the next day after WWE had planned to have her defend her NXT Women’s Title against Roxanne Perez at New Year’s Evil, only for the match to be shifted up as their bout took place on the post-Deadline broadcast of NXTTV.

Rose discussed her WWE exit on the Tamron Hall Show and afterward questioned why she couldn’t maintain her FanTime page while still performing in WWE since the organization published a photo of herself by the pool while being covered by the NXT and NXT UK Women’s Championships at the time.

She made $1 million from her FanTime page the same month she left WWE and appears to have done well since then. “I don’t know. I don’t know what the future holds, so…,” Rose answered.

Mandy Rose stayed with WWE NXT star when she was released

It can be a bit of a shock to lose the championship and be released the next day after holding the “WWE NXT” Women’s Championship for more than 400 days. That was in reality the situation for Mandy Rose after she lost the “NXT” Women’s Championship against Roxanne Perez and was initially let go the following day. Although Rose said during a segment on “The Sessions with Renee Paquette” that losing the championship took her by surprise, she knew her release was imminent after it had occurred.

“I was making jokes about it the night before,” Rose said. “I was literally making jokes about it. And the girls were even like ‘Oh my god, stop. You’re crazy.’ I’m like ‘No. It’s not crazy.’”

In fact, Rose received the call from WWE the following morning at approximately eleven o’clock. As luck would have it, Rose was staying at the home of another NXT wrestler when she learned the news. “I was actually staying at Indi Hartwell’s house,” Rose said. “I stay there sometimes, we became really close. She was upstairs getting ready for TV because we had to do a double taping that day. That’s why I stayed. I was like ‘Indi, I just got fired.’ She’s all the way upstairs. She was like ‘What? Shut the f**k up. No way.’ And I was like ‘No, I’m serious.”
