John Cena is a 16-time World Champion, equalling Ric Flair in that context. But he was more than a superstar for WWE. He was the face and star WWE preserved, and he helped make WWE the biggest wrestling industry in the world. There may be many talented wrestlers who are better than Cena in everything. But Cena was just WWE itself. Also, Cena says he was always given a shit when it came to scripts. But he also loved the fact that it was up to him to present it. And he never failed, nor did he ever disappoint any of the fans. Carrying WWE for almost 2 decades on his back. Cena has come a long way.

Cena is one of the best professional wrestlers in the world. He had faced the best of the best every time, sometimes he lost but most of the time, he stood high. The leader of the Cenation army, just took wrestling to another level, as he had the skills. For his last championship win, he beat AJ Styles to equal the record of 16 championships. He will always be recognized as the best face WWE had. Also, still, it is WWE who even owns his name. He is such a valuable entity for WWE. So, here we will have a look at his greatest WWE Wrestlemania moments.

WrestleMania 22: John Cena vs. Triple H

Both the men are acknowledged by WWE fans for their collective effort to grow the company WWE and become the biggest stars of the company as well. As Cena was the reigning champion, he had to face The Game. And those who know Triple H, he is ruthless and he would go through any means to win a match, and that’s what people saw, Triple H used his sledgehammer and smashed it into Cena’s forehead, but somehow Dr. of Thuganomics kicked out. The match continued and Triple H was all ready to finish Cena but suddenly Cena put The STF on Triple H and to everyone’s shock, Triple H tapped out and Cena retained his championship gold.

WrestleMania 28: Cena vs. The Rock

Once in a lifetime opportunity. When it was announced, it was a true dream match, and it lived up to the majority of the excitement. While it’s difficult to call this a fantastic match, it certainly seems special when Cena and Rock-met. It had been over nine years since The Rock had competed in a long singles match, so he was a touch clumsier than he had been in his heyday. The contest was also rather lengthy.

It’s The Rock’s second-longest singles bout of his history, trailing only his Iron Man match with Triple H at just over 30 minutes. The Rock was able to deliver a Rock Bottom on Cena in the end, as Cena ridiculed the People’s Elbow. The Rock got better than Cena in the end. It was perhaps John Cena’s biggest bout, and it seemed like something special but they did the same thing again the next year to take the hype away.

WrestleMania 23: John Cena vs. Shawn Michaels

Cena was great in his match with Triple H the year before. This time, he was up against an HBK at the pinnacle of his abilities; Cena had come a long way since that night in Chicago. It was revealed on the episode of WrestleMania Rewind about this match that the initial plan was for Cena and Triple H to a rematch, but Michaels stepped in after his D-Generation X teammate’s injuries a few months prior. This match is one of the reasons why John Cena stands at the pinnacle of professional wrestling.

Michaels and Cena put up one of WWE’s finest battles, enthralling the audience and leaving them fatigued. Michaels walked into the ring with a casual demeanor, playing mind games with Cena. Before they even delivered the first hit, they both did an excellent job of building up the tension. Michaels used his superior mat abilities to initially ground Cena in the match. With echoing hits, Michaels turned Cena’s chest crimson. The challenger quickly demonstrated his willingness to take risks to defeat Cena.

At the announce table, Michaels hit a moonsault on Cena midway, injuring himself as well as his opponent. Both men were bleeding heavily, exhausted, and scarcely able to stand. Cena and Michaels labored to rise to their feet, relying heavily on one other. The finish was enthralling, and it was built precisely on a well-executed contest. Michaels crawled on Cena after hitting the Sweet Chin Music. But Cena was kicked out of 2. Then,  Cena put Michaels in the STF right away. Michaels was compelled to tap because he had nowhere else to go and was stunned by his blood.
