Health concerns not a problem for Ric Flair as he gets ready for his final match

There is however a lot of scepticism from fans over the health of Ric Flair as he is now 73 years old and the last time he wrestled was 11 years ago.

There has been a lot of buzz in the wrestling community surrounding Ric Flair and his final match. The event is due to take place on July 31st and the fans are so excited that tickets for the event sold out in less than one day. The organisers also had to change the venue from a smaller to a bigger one as more fans were wanting to witness it live.

There is however a lot of scepticism from fans over the health of the WWE Hall of Famer as he is now 73 years old and the last time he wrestled was 11 years ago. Flair is well aware of the issues and discussed them at the official press conference for his last match. He said, “There are two things that could go wrong. My heart’s pacemaker can come unplugged, but I can plug it back in. The other thing, as Jeff Jarrett knows, I’ve had an inner ear infection three, four times in my life. One was when Jeff hit me with a guitar, and Jeff was actually going to drive me back home from Detroit. Those are the only two things I’m worried about. The blood thinners, I just won’t take one that day.”

I will destroy Ric Flair – Scott Steiner

Looks like all is not well between Ric Flair and Scott Steiner. Recently, rumours started swirling around that Ric Flair was planning to make an in-ring comeback at the age of 73. While that seems to be a ridiculous thing to do at such an age, there are strong rumours that Flair will indeed make a comeback. One person who is not so thrilled about is Scott Steiner. During a live signing with Highspots Superstore which featured WWE Hall of Famers The Steiner Brothers, Rick and Scott, things got heated when someone asked Scott about Ric Flair.

Scott exploded and said, “Ric Flair ain’t no friend of mine. I would kill him. I would destroy him. Yeah, everybody wants to see him get beat up.” He said this in reference to Flair’s upcoming retirement match and was brought up with a suggestion for Scott to be his opponent. There were rumours that the opponent would either be Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat or Hulk Hogan but those reports turned out to be false.
