Doudrop reacts on Twitter over comparison with Nia Jax

“I appreciate being held in the same regard as Nia, she’s a legend. But to say such does us both a disservice, we are completely different performers."

Doudrop’s performance on “WWE Monday Night Raw” hasn’t exactly been stellar in recent weeks. She lost to Alexa Bliss and Liv Morgan in a tag team qualifier for Money in the Bank two weeks ago in a fatal four-way for Bianca Belair’s WWE Raw Women’s Championship, and she lost to Alexa Bliss and Liv Morgan again this week in a fatal four-way for Bianca Belair’s WWE Raw Women’s Championship. Even so, the “Raw” star wasn’t having it Tuesday afternoon on social media.

She tweeted, “Its hard being a superstar, model, athlete, influencer, motivation inspiration, charming, relatable, iconic, educated, savage, sex symbol, endearing, wholesome, modest, heroic, visionary, artist, fashionable, universally adored public figure,” Doudrop tweeted. “But here I am doing it all.”

Doudrop the new “Nia Jax”

Following this tweet, a fan responded to Doudrop by calling her the “new Nia Jax.” It’s unclear if this was meant as a praise or a dig at Doudrop, but it didn’t matter in the end because the former Piper Niven responded quickly. Doudrop tweeted, “I appreciate being held in the same regard as Nia, she’s a legend. But to say such does us both a disservice, we are completely different performers.”

Jax was fired from WWE in November of 2021, as fans will recall. She has recently made headlines for, among other things, standing by her choice not to be vaccinated for COVID-19 while in WWE, criticising the company for objectifying women, and alleging that top WWE star Becky Lynch has few to no friends in the locker room. Jax was supposed to make his comeback to wrestling at the Wrestling Entertainment Series’ inaugural show on June 4, but it was postponed and rescheduled for July 9. In a battle to determine the inaugural WES Women’s World Champion, she will face CJ Perry (former WWE star Lana) if the event goes on.
