Charlotte Flair is one of WWE’s most accomplished athletes. She has won the WWE Raw Women’s Championship six times, the WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship seven times, the NXT Women’s Championship twice, and the Diva’s Championship once. Charlotte is currently the WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion. She won the championship shortly after returning to the blue brand, defeating Ronda Rousey in an unexpected match. She will now defend her belt at Wrestlemania 39 against the winner of the 2023 Royal Rumble, Rhea Ripley.

Charlotte Flair recently appeared on the Dan LeBatard Show to explain the differences between being a heel and a babyface. She stated that having a heel is more natural to her. Fightful has given the following transcription:

“Yes, it’s fun. To me, it’s just easier. For my experience, my dad is Ric Flair, I come from a legacy, I’m bigger, faster, stronger. It’s hard to be like, ‘Like me, I’m relatable.’ How do you say that humbly?”

Charlotte went on to talk about her comeback to the arena and the amazing welcome she received after winning the WWE Smackdown Women’s Title. She claimed that she is neither a babyface nor a heel.

“Now, my mindset is, I’m not a good guy, I’m not a bad guy, I’m just the woman. I spent so many years trying to get people to boo me and now with the reception from the fans and them being so excited to see me, I try not to overthink it. I think they want to see me be arrogant now. They want to cheer that. They don’t want me to be corny, they want me to be me. It’s more of a respect thing because of everything I’ve done in the industry.”

Top AEW Champion Calls Charlotte Flair Out For Championship Match

After nearly two years of dominating the AEW women’s division, Jade Cargill has battled and defeated everyone for the TBS Title. The issue now is who will be the next to challenge Jade for the championship. The champion herself has a recommendation, and that challenger’s name is Charlotte Flair.

A fan turned to Twitter to ask Jade who she would want to fight to defend her championship outside of AEW. In response, Jade stated that she would love to challenge the WWE’s thirteen-time women’s champion.

With Charlotte Flair and Jade Cargill’s agility, as well as their protected status, it would be a fantasy match for professional wrestling fans. Yet, the match is unlikely to take place anytime soon because their respective owner brands see both talents as assets and are unlikely to let them go.
