The O2 Arena will host UFC London on Saturday, July 23. The main card will start at 8 pm BST after the prelims at 5 pm BST.
This weekend, the UFC, the premier organization in mixed martial arts, returns to the English capital for the first time in just four months. British athletes excelled in front of a boisterous crowd in the first UFC London event since 2019, shattering Fight Night and O2 Arena records. A joyous evening in London was made possible by the fact that it was one of the first Fight Nights to feature supporters since before the Covid epidemic started.
British heavyweight Tom Aspinall won the main event by submitting Alexander Volkov in the first round. This was Aspinall’s first UFC main event, and it helped him build an amazing record. This Saturday, Aspinall will compete against Curtis Blaydes in a match that might determine the No. 1 contender. However, Paddy Pimblett, who was perhaps the event’s greatest star in March, will return to the Octagon for this fight, taking on Jordan Leavitt at lightweight.
