The Serbian is the only player in the Open Era to achieve a double career Grand Slam. Besides, he is the only player to complete the career Golden Masters on the modern ATP Tour, which he has done twice.

Regarded as an aggressive baseline player, Djokovic’s backhand is often recognised as one of the best in the modern game. Jelena Djokovic is a Serbian businesswoman and humanitarian who is married to tennis player Novak Djokovic. She is the national director of the ‘Novak Djokovic Foundation,’ a charity that helps children in need. She was honoured for her philanthropic efforts and contributions to society. Jelena is the founder of ‘Jelena Ristic Consulting,’ a digital marketing firm. She also had a brief modelling career. Jelena is a multilingual woman with a knack for writing.

On June 17, 1986, Miomir and Vera Ristic gave birth to Jelena Risti. She was born and raised in Serbia’s capital, Belgrade. Marija, Jelena’s older sister, is her best friend. Jelena went to a Belgrade sports high school. She then went to Milan’s ‘Bocconi University,’ where she earned a business administration degree. She also graduated from the ‘International University of Monaco’ with a master’s degree in luxury brand management.

Jelena Djokovic – formerly Risti – dated her famous athlete husband for eight years before marrying him in 2014.
