On Friday, Ludmilla Samsonova defeated Aleksandra Krunic 6-3, 6-3 in the third round of the US Open in New York. Samsonova will face Ajla Tomljanovic in the round of 16. The game lasted one hour and fifteen minutes. This will be her best performance in this competition. Previously, the best she could do was make it to the second round in 2021.
