Robert Farah and Jelena Ostapenko will face second seed Neal Skupski and Desirae Krawcyzk in the quarter-final of the 2022 Wimbledon Championships. Farah and Ostapenko beat the pair of Nikola Cacic and Aleksandra Krunic in the previous round by a score of 7-6 (7-5), 6-4. The seventh seeded pair recorded three aces and won one out of seven break points on the day. Skupski and Krawcyzk, on the other hand, made short work of Ellen Perez and Matwe Middelkoop. The second seeders won by a score-line of 7-5, 6-2.
The two teams are scheduled to face each other on Tuesday, July 5 in the round of 16 of the 2022 Championships. The timing of the match has not been decided yet. The Championships is scheduled to begin on June 27 and go on until July 10. There were a number of exciting matches on July 6 as the singles competition reaches its business end.
