14th-seeded Karen Khachanov has been out of form for quite some time now and looks to get himself back on track as soon as possible and he feels that the Miami Open will be the ultimate platform for him to prove himself. At the Argentina Open, he made it to the quarter-finals losing to eventual runners-up Cameron Norrie. He will be absolutely desperate to go the distance this time at the ongoing Miami Open title. He couldn’t make it past the second round at the Australian Open losing to Sinner and at the Cordoba Open, he lost to Sousa right in the opening round itself. At the Adelaide International 2, he was knocked out by Kubler in the round of 32 stage. He shocked the entire world by making it into the finals of the Chile Open but eventually lost to Jarry. In the ongoing Miami Open, he beat Kotov in the first-round matchup by 2-6, 2-6.
