Hubert Hurkacz is currently the number one Polish tennis player in the world. Read about the tennis racquet he uses here.
Hubert Hurkacz is a professional tennis player from Poland. Currently the number one Polish tennis player in the world, Hurkacz is also the only Pole to win an ATP Masters title.
Overall, he’s won a total of 6 titles – four in singles and two in doubles. But where he can improve is in his Grand Slam showings.
He’s only made it past the second round of a Grand Slam of one occasion – Wimbledon 2021. Beyond that, his best Grand Slam showings in all other Slams are the same.

In the Australian Open, French Open and US Open, Hurkacz has not made it beyond the second round.
But don’t let that fool you; on his day, Hurkacz is one of the best all-court players in world tennis. His ability to play either off the baseline or close to the net makes him a dangerous player.
What’s more, he is very effective when on serve and can often finish points easily when serving.
Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that tennis runs in his blood. His mother played tennis and was a champion at the junior level.

Nevertheless, his high profile life as a tennis star means there is plenty of interest in him and his personal life. This, of course, also includes the kind of equipment he uses to play the sport.
Here we are going to analyse arguably the most important tool a tennis player will use on the court – a racquet.
Hurkacz currently plays his matches with the Yonex VCORE Pro 97. It is one of the most popular racquets in the Yonex line. He strings his racquet with Yonex POLYTOUR Strike 125.
The Pole has used this racquet setup for quite some time now. It also seems unlikely that he will be changing it in the near future.
Like many other pros, Hurkacz has customized his racquet to suit his own game. Yonex or Hurkacz himself have not released what kind of modifications he has made to his racquet.
The specs we are about to check out are of Hurkacz’s racquet, the Yonex VCORE Pro 97.
