Sharma has a season record of 16-22 overall and 8-14 on hard court. This year has been difficult for the 27-year-old. She won her first WTA title in Charleston last year and broke into the top 100 in the world. She reached a career-high ranking of 84 this year, but has since fallen steadily in the rankings.
