Adrian Mannarino got off to a fast start in his quarterfinal matchup with Alex de Minaur, but the Australian swiftly and effectively turned things around to secure his spot in the semifinals. De Minaur defeated his French opponent 4-6, 6-3, 6-0 to get to his second semifinal in three events after spending two hours and 13 minutes on the court. De Minaur, who was broken in the third game of the first set, was unable to return the favour to Mannarino, but he managed to rally in the second set when he broke Mannarino in the eighth game. In the following game, De Minaur served it out and then won the match by breaking his opponent three times in a row. De Minaur had a first round bye before defeating James Duckworth in the second round.

Ilya Ivashka required three sets to defeat his opponent for the third time in a row, but this time was particularly noteworthy because he was 5/3 to pull off an unexpected victory. Ivashka successfully accomplished this by defeating Tommy Paul 6-2, 3-6, 6-1 to get to his first season quarterfinal. To win the battle, he required two hours and a minute. Ivashka broke his opponent early in the first set after defeating Quentin Halys and Steve Johnson in the opening two rounds. He then solidified this break with a second break in the seventh game. In the sixth game of the second, Paul broke Ivashka in retaliation, but that was the last time he would break an opponent. Ivashka completely dominated the final set, breaking Paul twice and avoiding all break points.
