World No. 9 Felix Auger-Aliassime will play Jason Kubler of Australia in the second round of the Hall of Fame Open on Wednesday after receiving a first-round bye.

In the Libema Open semifinals, Felix Auger-Aliassime lost to Tim van Rijthoven in three sets to begin his grass season. In the quarterfinals of the Halle Open, he was defeated by Hubert Hurkacz in two close sets. Given his series of successful performances at Grand Slam tournaments over the previous year, the Canadian was anticipated to do well at Wimbledon. At the All England Club, Auger-Aliassime faced up against Maxime Cressy in the opening round. After winning the first set, he lost control of the match. Felix Auger- Aliassime and Jason Kubler will take on each other on Wednesday, July 13 in the round of 16 of the 2022 ATP Hall of Fame Open. The competition is scheduled to commence on July 11 and conclude on July 17 this year.
