With both of his teams, Argentina and Lebanon, playing within 48 hours of one another later this week, Michael Cheika says he will strive to “do justice” to both. In their Rugby League World Cup quarter-final on Friday in Huddersfield, Lebanon and the defending champion Australia will square off. Argentina’s rugby union squad faces England at Twickenham two days later. Cheika added, “I’m confident we’ll find a way. We just need to figure out how we get it done and make sure we try to do both things extremely well. We’ve been waiting for this week for a while, so now that it’s here, I need to make sure I convey it and treat both teams fairly.
Later, he added: “Most likely, it will take one day here and one day there. We’re in a World Cup and it’s really important, so we’ve got to get this all figured out first ” Together with the coaches from Argentina, we put a lot of effort into our preparation. Last week, they came here with the team from Sunday through Wednesday ” I was able to spend a few days with them since we had days off and we obtained permission to organize a camp.”

During the first incident earlier this week, Cheika misplaced a laptop, and team equipment was taken but eventually found. He also disclosed that on Saturday, some of his teammates met a different burglar.
