England will face Group D runners-up Papua New Guinea in the quarter-finals of the Rugby League World Cup at Wigan’s DW Stadium on Saturday (kick-off 14:30 CEST). The Sean Wayne-led team advanced to its round by knockout, with Papua winning three wins in three matches in New Guinea being Group A winners. Kumuls knows he has to do whatever it takes to cause almighty chaos, but with Lachlan Lam and Kyle Laybutt forming a good half-partnership and Edwin Ipape excelling as a hooker, PNG can do some damage with the ball. England has turned heads with their performances in the group stages of the Rugby League World Cup, but those performances mostly makes no sense.

The host nation has scored more points in his three games in Group A than any other team in the tournament, and head coach Sean Wayne said Papua had a potentially difficult match against New Guinea. I hope that at least something will be important before. Kumuls has shown his quality with small streaks in previous tournaments and believes he can upset him, but England proved to be a formidable opponent and the hosts hoped to win by 13 points or more.
