The game between the Toronto Maple Leafs and New Jersey Devils will take place at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada on Thursday, November 17 at 7:00 PM ET.
The Toronto Maple Leafs will welcome the New Jersey Devils to the Scotiabank Arena for an NHL game on Thursday. Toronto beat the Pittsburgh Penguins 5-2 in their last game as Michael Bunting scored two goals and William Nylander, John Tavares and Mitch Marner scored one goal each.
Goaltender Matt Murray finished the game with a save percentage of .946 as the Maple Leafs recorded their ninth win of the season. After the game, Murray said, “I’m feeling great, really enjoying myself. Had a great time tonight, a great experience here tonight. I’m looking forward.”
The New Jersey Devils on the other hand won their 10th game of the season when they beat the Montreal Canadiens 5-1 in their last game. Two goals from Jack Hughes and one each from Jesper Bratt, Dougie Hamilton and John Marino were enough as the Devils ran riot over the team from Montreal.
New Jersey coach Lindy Ruff said, “It all about the team. It’s any line that’s contributing, a defense pair, the goaltender making saves. When you’re going that well, it’s all about team play and everybody participating in the wins.”
