The Los Angeles Kings on the other hand were thrashed 5-0 by the Toronto Maple Leafs in their last game. In what was an embarrassing display, none of the Kings players got on the scoresheet as they could not get past Ilya Samsonov in the Toronto goal, who finished the game with 29 saves and a save percentage of 1.000. Arthur Kaliyev had six shots on goal while Trevor Moore, Alex Iafallo, Kevin Fiala, Drew Doughty and Viktor Arvidsson had three shots on goal for the Kings but were unable to score a goal.
