The Los Angeles Kings will play the San Jose Sharks at the Toyota Arena in an NHL preseason game on Wednesday. Los Angeles comes into this game on the back of a 2-1 overtime win over the Vegas Golden Knights. Goals from Kevin Fiala and Adrian Kempe ensured that the Kings came out victorious. After the game, Fiala was all praise for Brandt Clarke for the assist. Fiala said, “It was huge. He had a clear lane to shoot it from the slot and decided to pass it to me. So, it was a great play by him for sure.”
The San Jose Sharks on the other hand won their last game against the Anaheim Ducks 5-4. Jonah Gadjovich, Daniil Guschin, Max Veronneau, Noah Gregor and Scott Reedy all scored one goal each as San Jose edged out a thriller and won the game by one goal. Tristen Robins had two assists and finished the game with two points.
