The Tampa Bay Lightning will be on the road when they take on the Colorado Avalanche in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final at the Ball Arena on June 24.
The Colorado Avalanche will travel back to Denver and seek home comforts as they look to win their first NHL Stanley Cup since 2001. The Avs overcame the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-2 in dubious circumstances in Game 4 as the returning Nazem Kadri proved to be the difference-maker as he slotted home the winning goal in overtime.

Kadri missed the first three games of the Finals with a broken finger but made an instant impact when he cut in around Tampa’s defence and pushed the puck home under the reach of Andrei Andrei Vasilevskiy. They did not celebrate right away as no one knew the puck was lodged behind the back bar until a few seconds after the shot. As a result of that, Lightning, who are the defending champions are on the brink of being eliminated. The bad news for the Bolts is that Game 5 is at the Ball Arena in Denver where the Avs have been virtually unstoppable.
