The game between the Buffalo Sabres and Vancouver Canucks will take place at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York on Tuesday, November 15 at 7:00 PM ET.
The Buffalo Sabres will welcome the Vancouver Canucks to the KeyBank Center for an NHL game on Tuesday. Buffalo lost their last game to the Boston Bruins 1-3. Tage Thompson was the only Sabres player to score a goal as the rest of the team just could not find a way past Keith Kinkaid in the Bruins goal as he finished the game with 30 saves and a save percentage of .968.
Sabres coach Don Granato said after the game, “We’ve got a group that, like I’ve said it before, they’re not happy. That’s a really good thing for us, as we brought in competitive people. When this stuff happens, they don’t like it. They want to fix it.”
The Vancouver Canucks on the other hand lost their last match to the Boston Bruins 5-2. Goals from Sheldon Dries and JT Miller were not sufficient as the Bruins ran riot over the Canucks and won the game by a three goal margin. Goaltender Thatcher Demko saved 28 of the32 shots aimed at him and finished the game with a save percentage of .875.
Bruce Boudreau, head coach of Vancouver said after the game, “It makes it an awful difficult time. It seems every time you take a dumb penalty or a needless penalty, those are the ones that are scored on.”
