Marshawn Lynch is regarded by many as one of the modern greats and one of the best football running backs ever to grace the National Football League (NFL) and currently retired and played for the Seattle Seahawks, Buffalo Bills and Oakland Raiders. He was born on 22 April,1986 in Oakland, California. He played college football for the California Golden Bears football team where he played from 2004 to 2006. He earned a spot on the watch list for the Maxwell Award and also won the Heisman Trophy in 2006. He was also awarded the Pro Bowl fives time and was the NFL rushing touchdowns leader twice in 2013 and 2014. He was awarded the Second-team All-Pro once in 2014 and also the Pro-Bowl six times. He was also selected in the NFL 2010s All-Decade Team.
Marshawn Lynch was picked up by the Buffalo Bills in the 2007 NFL Draft in the first round agreeing a six-year contract worth $18.935 million and included a $3 million signing bonus and contained $10.285 million in total guarantees. Lynch started his career and his debut season as a running back and in his debut match on September 9, he gained 90 yards on 19 carries and scored his first touchdown in a 14–15 loss to the Denver Broncos. His best performance of the season came against the Cincinnati Bengals as he rushed 29 times for 153 yards, including a 56-yard touchdown run.
