Olave who was a first-round draft pick from Ohio State was in a good mood after scoring his first touchdown and vowed to give his best for the Saints this season. He said, “Any time there’s competition in front of us, I feel like I’m always going to put my best foot forward. They got a good group in Green Bay, they got a good group in the secondary, and I feel like I’m taking the next step to become a great NFL receiver.”

Chargers will look to bounce back

On the other hand, the Chargers come into this game on the back of a 32-18 loss to the Dallas Cowboys in their last game. Quarterbacks Chase Daniel and Easton Stick passed for 111 and 134 yards respectively while having one touchdown each. Stick also had one interception in the game. Wide receivers Josh Palmer and Michael Bandy ran for 75 and 69 yards respectively while also scoring one touchdown each.

Chargers coach Brandon Staley was not too happy about the result and made his feelings known after the match. He said, “It was a really poor first half for us, about as poorly as you can play, and that really put us behind, overall. I didn’t like the way that that first half felt or looked. It was really in all three phases. When you have two turnovers and you give up two special teams touchdowns, that’s the way the score is going to look.”
