The Milwaukee Bucks’ four-game road journey will come to a conclusion on March 22nd when they return home to play the Chicago Bulls at Fiserv Forum. The Chicago Bulls are coming off a 113-99 victory against the Toronto Raptors at home in their road game. The Bulls, who are ranked fifth in the Eastern Conference, climbed to 42-29 while avoiding a big drop in the standings.

The Milwaukee Bucks, on the other hand, will be coming off a 119-138 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. With a defeat to end their road trip, the Bucks were tied for second place in the Eastern Conference with a 44-27 record.

Chicago Bulls ranks 5th in Eastern conference

On Monday, the Bulls defeated the Raptors in a crucial game. Chicago held on to fifth place in the Eastern Conference after snapping a three-game losing slide.

In the month of March, the Bulls haven’t been as consistent. With a 3-7 record in ten games this month, the Chicago Bulls have improved their standing in the Eastern Conference standings.

DeMar DeRozan, Zach LaVine, and Nikola Vucevic, the team’s current Big Three, have all put up strong performances throughout this time. However, Chicago’s late-game performance has been hampered by subpar bench contributions.

However, the Bulls got some good news when Patrick Williams returned from injury versus Toronto. Although Lonzo Ball is still out temporarily, having a key player back will be a positive boost to the team’s confidence.

Milwaukee Bucks this season

Despite a disappointing defeat to the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Bucks have had a relatively solid month, winning three of their past five games and maintaining their top-three standing.

With a completely healthy squad, Milwaukee has gradually filled out into playoff condition. Despite a bad overall effort in the defeat to Minnesota, the Bucks were missing Giannis Antetokounmpo for the matchup.

The absence of Antetokounmpo resulted in a complete collapse on defence, as Minnesota grabbed control of the game early on. Milwaukee barely regained their stride late in the game, scoring 37 points in the fourth quarter after scoring 30+ points in each of the first three quarters.

The Bucks went 2-2 on their road trip and avoided handing away too many games. Milwaukee, on the other hand, will need to rack up wins quickly to seal a playoff place with a reasonably difficult schedule ahead of them.
