The Chicago Bulls will start their journey in the NBA regular season with Miami Heat on October 19. After facing the heat, they go against the Washington Wizards on October 21. After two very active breaks, it means Chicago is unlikely to make any big moves in the summer of 2022. The Bulls focus on bench strength by adding veterans Goran Dragic and Andre Drummond. Ideally, healthier seasons from Lonzo Ball, Zach LaVine, Patrick Williams and Alex Caruso lead to a deeper playoff. Unfortunately, Ball has looked uncertain for the start of the season.

Chicago Bulls Roster

As the 2022-23 NBA season approaches, let’s break down the championship-worthy spin for the Chicago Bulls. With depth in every position, the Bulls have a range of unique formations to choose from. Buying a veteran like Goran Dragic, buying Dalen Terry in the first round of the NBA Draft, and a number of other important moves will make it even harder for Billy Donovan to find the right spin. As long as Lonzo Ball can stay healthy, his defense and his newly discovered three-man knockdown are invaluable to the Bulls. His pace of play offers something different that many teams don’t, and to be honest, he can’t be stopped. He will be assisted by Illinois sophomore Ayo Dosunmu. Dosunmu has everything to be the starting goalkeeper, but I think he will have more influence when he comes on from the bench. Having a goalkeeper who can effectively lead the second unit is paramount to a championship-fighting team and Dosunmu will do just that.
