The match between the Atlanta Braves vs St. Louis Cardinals will take place at the Truist Park on Wednesday, July 7 at 7:20 PM ET.
The last game of this four-game series will be played on Thursday between the (48-34) Atlanta Braves and (44-39) St. Louis Cardinals. At 7:20 EST, the first pitch will be thrown at Truist Park. Due to the Braves’ ability to steal the first two games, this is also the first series between these two clubs in regular season. After losing to the Philadelphia Phillies in their last series, the St. Louis Cardinals enter this one. The Cardinals struggled at the plate in their two losses, and if they want to compete with the Atlanta Braves, they will need to get their bats going.
After defeating the Cincinnati Reds in their last series, the Atlanta Braves are coming into this one. Atlanta had excellent pitching in their two victories, only allowing two runs total. Their starting pitching has to keep performing effectively. According to MLB.com, the Cardinals will start Matthew Liberatore on the mound. He has a (2-1) record, a 5.66 ERA, and a 1.79 WHIP this year, demonstrating his strong performance.
