Shimron Hetmyer (59 not out) made the most of his reprieved innings after being dropped by Krunal Pandya to guide RR to 165/6 in the IPL 2022 contest against LSG at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on Sunday.

Asked to bat, Jos Buttler (13) and Devdutt Padikkal (29), forged a 29-run opening wicket stand before the Englishman was sent packing by India fast bowler Avesh Khan.

Later, Sanju Samson (13) and Rassie van der Dussen (4) failed to add much to team tally, as their wickets fell in quick succession.
