IPL 2022: Jonny Bairstow manifests Punjab Kings winning IPL 2022

Prolific English opener Jonny Bairstow has contributed with two consecutive half-centuries for PBKS in their last two matches. He is delighted with his fine showing with the bat and wants his side to carry on the momentum. The Englishman is also manifesting his side to win the IPL 2022. “Nice to be back at the top, nice to contribute to the side and get us off to a good start. When you’re given an opportunity to target the short side, you’ve to try and take it.

“But it can get you in some trouble as well, if you just go after that one side. Last one as well was a must win. It’s unfortunately the position we’ve got ourselves in the league. It’s a competitive league and everyone’s beating everyone. Few close games we had early on have left us in this position. It’s four games now to win the IPL,” Bairstow said ahead of the match.
